Amy Lou Adams, full name Amy Lou Adams (born 20 August 1974, Aviano Italy), American actress. Amy Lou Adams is famous as a naive character who are adorable and enjoyable. Adams was raised in Italy while her father served with the U.S. military and she grew up in Castle Rock Colorado as one of seven kids. The actress began acting and dancing professionally at the end of the 90s. She was part of Boulder Dinner Theatre, and later at the Country Dinner Playhouse. Then she moved to an area theatre in Minnesota which was where she got her first role as a character in a film mock documentary concerning beauty pageants Drop Dead Gorgeous (1999). Following her successful screen debut where she played an obnoxious but friendly contestant, Janet relocated from Minnesota to Los Angeles where she began an acting career professionally. She was married to actor Tony Curtis from June 1951 from September 1962 to June 1951 and her mother to Kelly Curtis and Jamie Lee Curtis. Leigh was caught by actress Norma shearer and signed a contract to join MGM in the 1940s. In the 1960s, Leigh starred in films that were popular, including Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho and Living It Up.
